Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (Commencement No 5) Order 2002 (SI 2002 No 1673) with effect from 07.08.2002.
An initial £40 will be added after due date for late payment and then you will be charge a daily rate of interested base on the current Bank of England base rate.
